Do you already have systems in place to work virtually?

Absolutely! I have my complete home office setup and systems to work together with clients such as communications platforms (Zoom.us, Skype, WhatsApp). Task tracking (Asana, Trello), Microsoft Office for document creation and management and several other virtual systems to support my clients with their tasks. I would also advise that once our contract has been signed, that we set up an onboarding call so that we can discuss what systems you have in place and anything that we may need to potentially set up to work successfully together.

How do we stay in contact?

I will ascertain at the outset as to how you prefer to communicate – whether that be via text message, instant messenger or email and we will work like that going forward. I check in with my clients daily to ascertain any potential tasks that you may need assistance with, and I suggest setting up a brief 15-minute call once a week to discuss urgent priorities for the week ahead.

Do you work per hour, or do I have to select a retainer package?

I do not offer per hour project options.  These become difficult for us to track and creates more admin. My monthly retainer options are completely flexible and cater to my clients’ different needs.

Can I use your services long-term, or do you only do short-term work?

My number one goal is to support my clients on a long-term basis, although I do offer the option to use my services flexibly in terms of the number of hours you would require help with for any particular month. You are also able to start at one of my lower retainers to trial out my services and then see how things go and at a later stage you can upgrade to a higher package. My aim is to learn, grow and support my clients in their businesses and enjoy the success I know your business can be.

How do you learn or train on how to work with me in my business?

I am already equipped with my own virtual setup, systems, and know-how. Of course, every business is different and has various ways of working. Therefore, my new clients will need to afford me at least 90-minutes in the beginning to take me through any processes, preferences and all information that will be pertinent to me assisting you with a quality service.

Can you assist me after hours/weekends and public holidays?

My working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm South African (SAST) time. I do understand that clients have tasks that they need done and are more than welcome to send those over to me – I will ensure that I take care of them on the very next business day.
