SUPPORT IDENTIFICATION

On our initial discussion I take the time to truly understand your business and aim to find out how I can best assist you. This includes identifying what tasks I can take care of for you daily that will result in making your business more streamlined and ensuring that you get the best out of my services and the time back that you so desperately need.

SIGN ON PROCESS

Once you have decided to move forward with my services, I have a simple process in place for us to get started. I will prepare a contract that outlines some important details for us to work together. This will include the number of hours you have chosen for me to work for you per month, the length of the contract and the retainer package you have selected. I will also provide you with a signed non-disclosure contract so that you are assured your business confidentiality is secure with me, as well as an invoice for the month ahead.

ONBOARDING

I will be setting up an onboarding call with you in the first week of our contract commencement. Providing me with this time will be crucial to understanding your ways of working, your current systems, identifying potential systems needed, enquiring about your preferences. I will also lead you through some crucial questions that will help me to understand more about how we will work together to ensure productivity and success together.
